ListenLocal.com put on a show for performers and music photographers, entitled "Anything for the Shot", held at a shop called "Acoustic Expressions." The show was about 8 hours long and featured about 20 performers. Lisa, who uses the phrase "Music for the Soul" to describe herself, was one who was emotionally very expressive, making for a good subject. The lighting was a combination of daylight, incandescent and flourescent.
The concept of a venue for combining performers and photographers, with the possibilities of working mutually together to facilitate capturing the images that both require, seems a very good idea.

Your well-framed compo captures a lot of feeling in a difficult lighting situation. It's also amazingly sharp for such a slow shutter speed.

You captured a really expressive moment, in what seems a difficult light conditions. Your shot fits its title.
