| This was taken in Washington State, on the Olympic Pen. I was working for the Forest Service at the time, and actually took this shot during work. We were not expecting a great view like this when we started up the mountain, as it was very foggy and cloudy. But right around noon when we got to a decent elevation, and the sun really started burning off the fog we got to this spot. Mount Olympus is the far mountain. |

Great set up but it needs to be bigger... When you resize it set it to 800 pixels. Very good mix of colors and it is framed well. -Ross

Absolutely breathtaking vista. Great combination of vivid greenery, sea of clouds and blue sky. Well framed with skilfull use of the trees in the forground.
Ross' remark about resolution is useful, it would be even more impressive. But, still is !
