Photographer’s Note
Trees on Lake Michigan at Lake Shore Drive and Fullerton
This is my favorite place on the lake, to rest and relax and to photograph. I've posted many photographs from this vantage point throughout the years I've been in TE, in different seasons such as this, this, this, this and this.
There's really nothing much to say about the site except that there some benches, trees, and a wonderful view of the city and the lake.
Post process for Fuji Velvia-like effect.

Something like a painting. Frozen lake in the background creates special feel. weird to imagine that Chicago has got the same weather as we here.

Great idea, and well executed too. I like the silhoetted trees against the colourful and interesting sky. The intricate pattern of the branches is wonderful, and the lone person gives this an essential bit of life and context. Well done!
