This image was taken indoors without flash with only partial natural lighting entering the Longhouse. I used 200 ASA film and set the meter at 160 that would saturate the color. I then used a slower shutter speed to slow the movement of the dancer to imitate the story that she portrays in her rendition of the story her dance shares. A very colorful and enjoyable experience.

Excellent work my friend, the moved effect is wonderful and add great impact to the image ...the native dancer is so well captured and also I love the way how the "flag chair" come out from the background, ..all my compliments!!

awesome Steven...the long exposure , but not too long that You used to make this picture painted the sence of a motion very in a very powerful way.
