The skyline of Manhattan - seen from the Brooklyn bridge as the evening approaches. Naturally resting the camera on something was a must to get the shot, and the magic of New York just did the rest!

Hi David!

Very nice and inspiring shot! Both horizontal halves, one in warm colour in contrast with the upper part with the blueish sky are conveying very strong visual appeal. The movement of the vehicles bring dynamism to the otherwise static surrounding.

Nice and cool NY photo! (What about walking on this bridge between Manhattan and Brooklyn! A free attraction always fascinating.)

Hello Dave,
I like night shot with well controlled exposure. That one is kind of perfect I think...Only good things to tell about the exposure! What is striking in that shot is the point of view. We often say nice pov or that kind of thing, but, here, we kind of wonder if you are standing on one of those beams...I guess you were on a footbridge? I hope!!:D That point of view adds a huge dimension with the cars in motion down low. Of course the rest is beautiful, no need to tell it!

Fantastic shot off Brooklyn Bridge. The building are holding good shadow detail and the blues from the sky and reds from the bridge compliment each other well. Nice work
