Even if the subject is simple , this night shot has a great POV , also colours and sharpness are really very good , Compliments .

You did very well JJ getting this. The color is good and the detail is narrative. Sharp and well defined. The tree branches framing the building is a nice artistic touch, comforting even compared if you hadn't, together with the outlining light through the leaves from the floodlight above.
