Hi Katie,
nice picture..the people add alot to it. The sky is nice and the pov is good too. It might have been better if it wasnt covered on the right half but theres nothing you can do about that.Thanks for sharing and happy new year.

If you crop out the bottom third of the photograph (the random peopel and the snow fencing), and straightened the frame just a bit, I think you'll have a nice photo. The sky is adding a lot here!

I like this. For those of us who have only seen this in magazines and on the TV - where there is usually beautiful sunshine, a perfect blue sky and no human element - I like the inclusion of people (especially the kids running around) and the sombre grey, cloudy sky. Well captured.
By the way, nice to see you posting again, have had a brief look at your stuff on TL and will have to make an effort to critique more on that site. Cheers.

Katie! Great depth of field and foreground. I think the people in the foreground add strength to composition and gives good scale to the size of the White House. Well done! Chris
