Photographer’s Note
I favour either morning light or end of the day. I shot this bird, (is it a bird?) in the Everglades in Florida. If someone knows the name of this bird please let us know.

Another nice bird shot Michel, the bird though is surrounded by too much greenery, at least for me. I have made a workshop which shows it as a more individual object.
Sorry I don't know the name of the bird.

It is a bird... I posted a photo of a similar bird taken at the same location (named it "on the run"), and Robert Brown (RobBrown) told me it was a moorhen. I love that blue color of them though, and the funny way they walk.

Très belle image Michel! L'oiseau se font subtilement sur ces feuilles, splendide accord du bleu et des verts de son plumage avec le reste de l'image. Bien vu et bien réalisé! bravo!

It's a lovely photo. The name of the bird, if you haven't found it yet, is a "purple gallinule". They are very common in the Everglades of Florida and are usually seen walking on the lilly pads.
