Great photo I know this spot well. The lines frame well the city showing well the landmarks, coit tower the other bridge and with some effort I may even see the office where i work.
I would suggest cropping it a little on the right so that the begining of the suspension cable would not show as there's is a little sliver there.
A while back I posted a photo very similar to this one.
nice sharpness through out, September was a glorious months for photos in san francisco.
