Photographer’s Note
I have posted a photo of lobster traps, a photo of buoys for lobster traps. It is unfair not to feast lobsters picture. Here it is. This is a famous lobster restaurant in Rockport, Massachusetts.
The restaurant actually is a rather old styled casual eating place. The only seats are as shown in this picture. There is no service here. You buy the live lobsters; you wait them to be cooked; then, you eat in the open air deck sitting on the lobster boxes, the boxes used for transporting lobsters.
The front view of the restaurant is shown in the WS.

Bonsoir Wes,
J'aime beaucoup.

Hi Wes...I LOVE lobster...:oP and I have never eaten as much lobster in my life as during the summer I spent in America, because the lobsters are sooo expensive in Europe. As a poor student are could hardly ever afford such luxury food! But in the US you have more supply and it's a different story...so I remember the happy days during which I ate lots of lobsters with my American friends in Connecticut.. :o) Tomorrow I will post a pic with cages for irish luxury lobsters though..as you gave me the idea
THanks for sharing.... Léonie

I like the "tables",
I like the dark double-line on the ground,
I like the perspective,
I like the guy under the hat...
A funny shot.

Hi Wes,
Beautiful and interesting composition. I like the contrast and of course the great perspective. Is the man with the green t-shirt shouting for more food or is he shouting "no pictures when we're eating" ? :D)

Hi Wes. A very nice catch from this informal place. It looks like a fun place to eat at. You don't happen to know who the man in the center do you? Is it me or are the building rooflines not level? Well done Mr. Wes.

Hi Wes.
Very interesting daily life picture. Love the composition with a lot of action, looks like every body is enjoying the lobsters. Nice colours and the small houses in the background give a good perspective.
Well done.

This is the natural evolution to your lastest posts. Good angle that shows us the restaurant in action. You did not tell us what you had for dinner... ;-)

Hej Wes,
Thank you for this shot as well as the story behind the restaurant. It looks like a bit strange place on this picture, with people sitting on nothing but wooden boxes, not really what you expect of a restaurant. ;-)
Nice capture of the eating people here, well done and thanx for sharing!

An odd-looking restaurant to sit on these boxes. The most difficult thing would be to find where to put your knees. What would a woman in a skirt do? :o)
Good candid shot with the planks acting as your lead-in. I don't think the roofs are distorted; surely these houses are built on an incline, as all the verticals are fine.
Well done

Hi Wes, goos composition here with the two lines of customers converging from the sides. Interesting to wonder what all those people are talking about. Nice detail in the houses and I like the red spots of the lobsters to catch my eye. And what is the guy in the middle so happy about?

Hi Wes,
Fine place with people and really natural structure for a living nature with nature and people. Excelent enquadrement, textures, colors and a poster to know a great place to eat good Sea food.
Thanks for your advice and your effective way of tell us in a nice picture where the place is.
Congratulations.

Well Wes to serve lobster on wooden crates makes the experience very interesing. I love it. And how its cooked for them is such a unique way of eating outdoors on the dock. Veyr interesting photo Wes!

Hello, Wes!
Very interesting shot! I like the people not interested in beeing photographed, eating their meal in calmness. It must be really fascinating to take rest and eat a lobster in such place and environment. Thanks for showing it!

Hi Wes,
A well composed shot characterized by good dynamic colours and action. The lighting and shadow effect on the boardwalk are superb. The man walking makes the shot, as he seems to be quite a character. You also well convey the relaxed tone of the diners enjoying the food and the scene. Very well captured, Wes.

This casual environment for this dish would be unique anywhere else, but I guess this could be close to the McDonalds serving lobster sandwiches. Nice place though - I would not mind having lunch here.
Thanks,
