Photographer’s Note
This image is from Bryce Canyon in Utah. The odd rock formations are called Hoodoos. The elevation is about 7000 feet or so and it was freezing. A friend of mine, Bob Olbricht and I drove to Utah and nearly froze to death shooting at sunrise after 15 inches of snow came done, but the pictures were great.

Hi Kyle. Spectacular scenery and a well framed shot you have here. Maybe you could make the writing a bit smaller so it doesn't intrude so much. I also think the shot would benefit from more contrast and I tried a workshop but I see you don't have that option activated.

Hi Kyle;
Welcome to TrekEarth!
By the looks of it, you've definately got a start on the right foot. I really like this shot. Great clarity, and I love the contrast between the sandy colored rock and the snow. A combination that I reckon would come as a surprise to many of our distant TE members.
Nicely captured, and I look forward to seeing more of your shots!

Hi Kyle. Really nice picture!! It's fnny because it's kind of scene that we usually see with a lot of sun and hot temperature. But here with snow!! Good composition. Lke the color and the effect with the trees and the spike.
