Photographer’s Note

This reminds me my country India. Indian traditional women devote their life to the worship of Lord Shiva to ensure the long life of their husbands and sons. An unmarried woman prays for a husband like Shiva, who is considered to be the ideal husband. Mahashivaratri is believed to be an auspicious occasion for women to pray. In Arches National Park, situated at Moab in Utah,I see an woman who has devoted her whole life worshiping Lord Shiva for the "World Peace".

Hi Dipak. This is a very beautiful photo. Interesting work of natural art. However, the colours of the rocks and the sky may be too overdone in post editing. May need sharpening as well. Would be nice taken at a different angle. But you have done a good job in capturing this wonderful monument. Your notes are informative as well. Keep up the good work. Thanks.
