Photographer’s Note

Another view of Chicago skyline. As you can see I like taking skyline shots. At this time you can see the the Aon Center (tallest building) and the John Hancock Center (with the two antennas) on the left. You can also see the steel structure of the Jay Pritzker Pavilion on the lower left. I worked on the zoom to get a better framed picture.

Ricardo! It is a clasical skyline of chicago but wery well done with greate colors .

Nice skyline, its a postcard image, good colours however I cant help thinking that a few well placed clouds would have done wonders for this skyline!

Hi Ricardo,
Quite an unusual skyline with very neat geometric shapes and the monochromatic scheme is effective. The exposure is great, capturing just the right tones to bring out the forms of the buildings beautifully. I think the cloudless sky gives that undisturbed and peaceful atmosphere. Well done!! This is better Ricardo. A simple skyline of complicated/sophisticated architectures always attract and pulling. Here, your skyline is straight and leveled, and the light is good to expose the detail.

A good POV of the Chicago skyline with these high rise buildings, the photo is sharp and clear. It has a good DOF and nice colors. Thanks for sharing.
