Photographer’s Note
Swallows feeding their young near the Deschutes River, Maupin, central oregan.
(addendum)
Unfortunately the wingtip was not in frame - but I totally agree - would have been great had it not got cliped off :(

Excellent action shot! If the trailing edge of the wing had been completely in shot I'd have called it perfect, as it is, it's simply awesome :-D

The expression of a baby bird is expressed very well.
Moreover, speediness is full of the form where the wings of an adult bird are sharp.

I will try again (lost in server change)to say that I thnk this is a well seen and captured picture , the babies are beautifully sharp and colours overall are good.
Did by any chance the wing and tail tip end up being clipped off in the cropping process, if so you could restore them and repost to make a perfect picture with all that movement in the wings ,balanced with the perfect stillness of the heads.

Wonderful capture, focus in just the right place and light, too. You must be patient to get shots like these, well done ;-)

Well... My critique has gone too. ;o) I'll copy it again:
I agree with the other telling it would be an absolutely perfect & fabulous shot if the tip of the wing would have been included...
Wonderfully well done Scott!

With, or without the wing tip, this is a great action shot of these birds. One of the best I've seen on TE. Very sharp indeed, and rather pleasing to have the brown sky.
One of my favourites.
