This photo was taken at Hug Point on the Oregon Coast, just south of Cannon Beach. There are a lot of interesting rock formations which have been created by the waves, like this cave.

I love that misty light beam and the cave makes for interesting frame to the forms in the view.I nice feeling of tranquility captured here with the delicate light

Hello Alvin. I am impressed with your postings thus far. This is an excellent composition, and although the shot could be a little sharper, its most appropriate for a misty day. The sun's rays filtering through on the left add much, as do the people and the dog on the beach. Very well seen and captured. Regards.

One of my favorite places, Cannon beach, and hug point has some very nice memories. I didn't get any photos this nice though. I love how the rocks frame the beach shot, the misty sky is so beautful as is the sun's rays shining down in the left part of the photo. Excellent beach photo.

This photo goes to my favourites due to the special atmosphere created by the rays of light breaking through the foggy atmosphere. Composition is perfect, naturally framed by the rocks. I know this place very well! You did a wonderful job capturing this beautiful place.....The cave is special to me.....my husband and I Kissed in that cave. Very nicely done.
