Photographer’s Note
Many years ago i read on a book that the most part of American people remember what they exactly were doing when President JFK was killed in Dallas.
Some months ago i asked at many of my friends and relatives what they were doing the 9/11.
All remeber exactly where they were, how they received the news, and what they are doing. All.

I took a similar photo called "We will never forget". It is really sobering to go to Ground Zero - I think your shot captures the sadness of the people viewing the site.

Hi Paolo,
I'm sorry I disappoint you, but I have no idea about what I was doing on 9/11 (perhaps I was working); I'm not even sure about the year.
For me that event was one more of the horrible tragedies that humanity does to their brothers and sisters. One death person on 9/11 was as tragic as one death by hunger somewhere (that same day) in Africa or elsewhere.
What your photo shows is that powerful nations have more possibilities to focus and show their own tragedies.
