Photographer’s Note
Every fall, my back yard becomes a haven for these rather large spiders. They spin their webs between my garage and the fence. I snuck out last year and snapped a few pictures of one for my records. The markings on his back were beautiful.

I hate spiders but love these spider shots. It is such a great contrast to see the out of focus background with clear spider and a nice web pattern. Never get sick of seeing it. This would be great on TrekNature! Nice photo! PS, that spider is huge! Like the design on it.JP
