Sometimes there really isn't a lot to say about a photo and this is one of those times. Maybe the only thing to add to the obvious is that the body of water is the Chesapeake Bay and this is at sunset, not sunrise. Everything else is self-explanatory.
I had been shooting the sunset through the pier using a tripod and an ISO of 50 when this guy paddled by. It would have been nice to have had a higher ISO but but there was no time to change it so I tried the panning technique with the tripod and following the paddleboarder.

Well managed, good silhouette effect with the pier and the man on the padle, very nice warm tone, I like these colored reflections on sea.

even with a low shutter speed, you managed to have this man really sharp and we don't notice the panning effect. Good silhouette against the pink BG, and I like the water coming from the paddle, giving the feeling of movement.
have a nice day

Amazing colours and light! Great timing for capturing the silhouette which makes for a strong compositional element.
