Early morning along the California coast. As I was setting up my shot for sunrise, I spotted this fisherman all alone on the beach. It is a special feeling to be all alone myself, waiting for the sun to rise, and to take my chances at getting a sky filled with color perhaps so my time and effort may be fruitful. But better yet,it is a peaceful feeling to be at the ocean hearing the waves crash. Time seems to go by slowly as I click my shutter and make changes according to the light and such.
Please enjoy my photo...

What an excellent shot of the beach. I love the soft colors of dawn, great clarity and DOF. Like the clouds on the horizon too. Good composition following the rule of 3rd.
Thanks for sharing.

I'm really enjoying viewing all of your recent new posts of the ocean and the rocks...but this one seemed to be calling me just a little bit more.
Guess its because of that lonely human presence, and I guess its also because its somehow relatable...thats really hard to accomplish in nature scenes, but you've done just that.
its a beauty

Ce pêcheur ne se doutait vraiment pas que tu allais le photographier et qu'il passerait à l'histoire sur Internet. Excellente prise de vue et bel effet des vagues. Beau bord de mer rocheux.
Toutes mes amitiés,
