Lake Tahoe is America's largest Alpine Lake, and many would be surprised to realize it is in the states of California and Nevada. At an altitude of over 5,000 feet it's water is regenerated annually by melting snow from the surrounding mountains snow. It has beautiful clear water which is a constant battle to maintain with developers and businesses desiring construction in its watershed.
In this scene are rental paddleboards resting until the next visitors at Sand Harbor on the Lake's northeast shore. Paddleboards are basically large surfboards, floaty and propelled by a long paddle by the human standing atop. The two green guys are kayaks also a very popular water toy.
Sand Harbor is also a fine Nevada State Park open to visitors, to play and relax on its beach.

A very attractive landscape view here and all these boats add good colours and a pattern in the picture. The scene here is quite Nordic, with these pine trees along the lake.

The long shadows and light upon the water and the boards, aided a wonderful texture on, ray.
Blue and light green, foot steps on the sand, rocks and the grove on far side - all culminate to a cnarming photo.
Cheers, Happy Thanksgiving holiday.

I guess it's been awhile since I live in Reno, they didn't have paddle boards back then. Nice capture of this scene with good lighting and nice details. Well done, tfs.
