Tonight's sunset at the Fort Myers Beach pier seemed to present the colors in pastels. A nice effect (at least I think it is) is the shells and sand in the foreground is out of focus, in a way matching the sky, which leaves the fishing pier to separate the ground from the sky.

J'apprécie ,non seuleument, le coté pastel mais aussi l'angle de prise de vue fort original .
Voici un style qui manque quelque-peu sur ce site .

Wonderful colours and light! Low viewpoint emphasizes the foreground and leads the viewer's eye towards the pier.

A superb sunset light illuminates in orange the pier, ans reveals the shells on the blurred beach. Quietness of dawn is coming.

Loving this low, low point of view...makes me feel as if I'm crawling on the beach trying to reach the pier. Great timing too, as the gentle wave looks like it's at a peak before breaking. On top of that, the timing to catch to soft colors and tones is a beauty. There's nothing that can reproduce the natural light from sunrise or sunset, and the atmosphere it carries. Smart composition, looks and feels balanced and well planned. Very nicely done, great effects! Enjoy the day ahead.

Hello, I love your choice of a low point of view for this image. It offers a change of perspective especially with the blurred foreground. The colors are sublime with the golden light falling on the pier posts.
