Photographer's Note
On our way to Hana we found this property with a fence made of old surf boards. Awesome recycling job!!
Again, this was taken in 2009 with my old trusted point and shoot Canon PowerShot A460.
Maui has so many photo ideas for the begining photography artist it's sometimes really hard to take a bad photo. The hardest part is the ever changing weather cutting into your light.

Hi PecoBud
Welcome to TE, I hope you have fun here! What an unusual fence, you've done well to capture such an original composition. I like the contrast between the colours of the old surfboards and the greenry which provides a natural frame for the photo. Nice and sharp, well-saturate and well-framed. Can't ask for more than that!
Cheers

Aloha Buddy,
Your 'old guys' image caught my attention for their grouping and battle scars. I recognized my first board in the back. It was 10 feet long and weighed 40 pounds; a wood core with fiberglass coating.
It was a tank in the waves, but very stable.
Good job,
Cheers,
Boardhead Ray
