This is a follow-up photo to a previous post. I postes a Curved tall sweeping building about 2 photos ago...
Here is another angle and POV of the same tall office tower. The building here is composed/presented on its side, hoping for added visual impact. I like the strong lines, the glass, and the sweeping motion. Trying different compositions of architecture is so much fun :) Puts me at ease, nothing else matters at that moment.
Hope you like it

A striking detailed view of architectur. I like the composition and the tilted frame which makes us wonder at first glance if it is tilted or the original orientation.

A simple ,almost minimal shot but much artistic and elegance in the reflections of clouds.

love this! So effective and mesmerising. Superb light and sharpness with the lines just sweeping you along on a roller coaster of clouds. Imaginative and stylish presentation.
Have a good week - Brian.

Voila une image très bien construite. D'une très belle profondeur avec un très beau point de fuite sur toute la hauteur de l'image.

This view is simple yet elegant. I like that you filled the entire frame with the lines of the building. Nice capture of the sky in the windows, too.

Three pictures ago, actually! But I'm glad you told us that you had rotated the picture through 90° because, quite honestly, I don't think that I would have spotted that.
Just like your previous shot of this building, the light is superb as are the colours, the exposure and the sharpness. I like the composition too.
Was this an HDR image? - You see, you're so good at these, I can really never (or hardly ever) tell: I used to pride myself in being able to spot an HDR picture a mile off but that was because they were all garish, unreal and "overcooked" - not so with yours!

You chose your composition carefully with the curves and lines giving a lovely abstract. The cloud reflections soften it. Your title suits the image. Very well done.
Kind Regards, Ann

Well done and TFS!

Très belle perspective graphique avec ces lignes de fuites courbes.Un cadrage soigné pour ce carré.

Good Morning Craig,
An equally minimalistic shot, sharp, strong, following the rule of thirds and with no distractions to those clean lines.
Have a good day,

the framing chosen for this capture is spectacular, and offers us a very dynamic vision of the front of this building that already you have presented us two photos ago.
I like the strong graphical effect, the escape of lines towards the right side, and the reflections of the sky and the clouds on the glasses of the windows.
It is a gorgeous photo of architecture, as usual.

Nice mix of textures and colors.
Great graphic effects.

This is almost a minimalistic shot with an artistic touch. Those endless parallel and vertical lines gives a great impact to the scene to astonish the viewer. You sometimes love to try extraordinary to surprise the viewers and this is a fine example. A substantial effort, I like it. Regards,

This is a very fine and rhythmic archi graphism. Crispness and rendition of the reflections are spot on! It's creative and easy on the eye - in western culture it loves scanning pics from left to right :-)
And yes I guess I know what you mean, there's a certain meditative quality to capturing and postprocessing archipics.
Best regards from Rotterdam,

A great image in this plane closed on part of the facade of this building, a composition with a great aesthetic and good graphics, the prolongation of these curved lines, gives a beautiful effect to the image.
Well seen and done better. I love it.
chawax (19570) 2012-02-07 13:39
I love the POV on this tower that makes a fantastic graphic shot. The perspective lines add a great depth to the picture.
delpeoples (54191) 2012-02-08 1:32
What a great POV, fantastic lines, colours and perspective. The reflections are pretty magical and I like the square framing. Great job.
Have a lovely day

You chose a very well angle, this care for excellent perspective.
Also the clouds as reflection in facade gives an extra to the picture.
Very well done, TFS.

I visited your picture yesterday, unfortunately erased, like mine, as well as criticism. The design of the architecture, photographed in this way gives dynamism to the photo. Light and sharpness are excellent. Bravo.
Have a nice day
