Photographer's Note

I have been an admirer of the work of FERNANDO BOTERO for many years and I have at home a print & a book of his work.He has a very personal style which centers on rather large subjects...... all in proportion and with
great colours.He is also famous for his statues which are also inmense.
I was lucky to see this original work at the centre of a restaurante in Las Vegas named in his honor.
it proved to be a dificult subject to photograph..... but I love her just the same !!!!!!!!!

This unique art, must be taken on white background Gus, otherwise the light upon creats an un-needed reflection, that distort a bit the view.
it is a nice art detail, though.

well, that's a woman with some curves! No wonder you love her,lol. The playful pose hits the spot too. Super model. What is she made of? I'm fascinated by this silvery black material. The orange light spots look wonderful on it. Beautiful work of art, thanks for sharing your passion.
