Photographer’s Note
I would guess that this is not a typical New York City shot. The sunset you are seeing is being captured from the deserted boardwalk of Brighton Beach, known more for being the "New Russia"/"Little Odessa" rather than a sanctuary near the boundry of water and land. I took this picture just before getting back into my car and leaving the city via the Verrazano Narrows Bridge as it was setting into the dark (someday I will post a shot of it too).

Hi Dmitriy! The various colors by the clouds and sky are wonderful, gives a moody feeling, especially with the absence of people. The silhouette is beautiful, and you've shown us a very good angle to view the boardwalk. IMHO, the photo would be better if the electrical lines, posts and those things in the middle of the road are excluded. Great shot and keep on posting. rgds.

Very nice sunset scene, not too ordinary for the place you have captured it. Nice work!

Yes not a typical New York shot. Still very nice sunset tones. The house and the curving path add much interest. Good capture.
