Against a twilight sky Photo

Photographer’s Note

This again was taken at the State Fair in South Carolina. We arrived as the sun was setting so the light changed from this, to deep blue to total darkness while we were there. That gave me a chance to try shooting under several lighting conditions and I particularly liked the silhouette of the Ferris Wheel against the orange sky. Hope you enjoy it.

Considered framework/composition and delight-sleight light/color balance(I think this case is rather difficult) is marvelous as usual!

A strange, menacing colour, Shelly, with nice gradations in the clouds. It goes well with the lights and the background of the steak ad! Excellent composition, as usual. Did you get a ride yourself?

A lovely caramel coloured like sky, I don't think I have ever seen a sky this colour before. Sunsets do look different everywhere don't they? The wheel is eye-grabbing also, I love the outline of the people inside the carts. A well composed picture, but yep a great great sky.
