Photographer’s Note
A minimalist approach to this one, back in Maine but this time on the coast, Rockland, on the Penobscott Bay. Weather was magic, first the sun then the sea mist then the sun. This is the keeper's house at the Port Clyde Light House. This is nothing new for TE, Tom (Gunbud) was here many times, great place for photography.

Hello Greg,
This is minimalistic but displays many fine aspects of good photography: the lovely diagonal composition, the sharp focus, the capture of the textural and architectural details, the good saturation.
For me, it would have been perfect had there been something on the balcony as an engaging focal point.
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

A very nice crop making this unique. Good colors and I especially like the atmosphere. I would love to sit on that huge balcony!! TFS

Hello Greg,
Bold framing works well, showing this lovely house from a fine angle!
The result is a dynamic composition, sharp fine details and an attractive colour palette...
Greetings,

Hi Greg,
The Marshall Point House looks very impressive from this angle as it sits against the clear blue slightly foggy sky.
The green roof contrast brilliantly with the sky and white porch.
Regards, Tom
