Photographer’s Note
blue mesa is a large lake around 9,000 elevation in the rockies. i liked the light on the cliffs and as i was setting up the shot the power boats seemed to come from no where and added a human touch to the scene. thanks for any comments.

Un remarquable ciel (usage approprié du filtre polarisant), les couleurs et les contrastes sont magnifiques, la mise au point très précise.
Du très bon boulot.

When you see a landscape like this, you can only feel so small !
It's superb, but I find that the effect is a bit too important on the sky (maybe the polarization filter, maybe the post-prod, I don't know but the process seems different on the sky than on the earth).
But it's only to find something to say because it's an impressive and wonderful image !

very nice place. the colours are really nice but I think that there is too much contrast and saturations. bye

Très bien réussie cette photo, le contraste est superbe entre le ciel les nuages et le rocher. Que dire des reflets dans le lac, sublime.
Very well made a success of this photo, the contrast is magnificent between the sky clouds and rock. That to say reflections in the lake, sublimates.

Beautiful photo Lyn. Sharp and very well composed with several interresting elements. The clouds and the water reflections are great. The photo is a bit to warm and dark. Maybe you're aplied some filter to do that. anyway is great, I love it.

Great colors, excellent sharpness and nice composition, maybe just a tiny bit too saturated. The polarization filter worked wonders here.

Nice landscape and well framed image. The boats really give this picture a sense of size as without them the mountains would appear to be much smaller.

another superb shot. i don't know how you achived that golden hue, but I am impressed regardless! those colors are surreal as is the sky. the rock formation is fantastic too. well done!
