Photographer’s Note
Here's a shot of some of the mobile homes at Williams Lake, The laws put in effect today you can't have your house this close to lake now. It must be nice walk out you door go fishing when you have the time. This Image I had to crop the lower portion because a steel pipe was sticking up holding the dock in place.

Hello Jason,
So I guess this people are exempted from the new laws. Nice setting to have a home. I can just imagine the peaceful atmosphere of this place in the mornings. Glad you cropped the bottom to give more emphasis to the homes and trees. Thanks Jason :-)

Hi Jason. With the weeping willows I thought this was somewhere in Europe at first glance. Wonderful warm and sunny feel to this scene, beautiful colours and good detail also. Well composed and thanks for sharing.
Have a good weekend, Paul.

Hi Jason,
Oh to be down by the lake this time of year.
Love the weeping willows reflecting in the riffling lake and the brilliantly contrasting blue sky backdrop.

Hi Jason!
Those trees are marvellous! They contribute to give a very interesting atmosphere. The shot is very clear and neat. The light and the point of view are very good. Imagine this place without these trees. It would be really different. Well done!
Best regards
Denis!

Hi Jason,
nice the view of the mobile homes with the reflections to be captured so perfect.I like the willow on the right that 'touch' the water as vivid light of the day.Well done.

Hi Jason,
A very pretty spot, the willow trees look beautiful. The same thing has happened here with regard to building right on the edge of the water, there's now an eleven meter set-back, something to do with Global warming and all that.
I read in your note about cropping the bottom of shot which makes good sense but I think the wharf on the bottom left is also detracting from an otherwise good frame. I did a workshop for you to have a look at, just to give you an idea what you can do when you get things in shot that spoil the overall image. First I cropped the shot as far as I could, left and right, then just cloned out the offending wharf. I think it makes for a cleaner shot.
Best regards
Peter
ps. For some reason the colour saturation in the workshop has increased, danged if I know why, I didn't touch it. Sorry about that. Pete

Hello Jason,
Those are mighty fine trees, some real eye-catchers!
The picturesque scene by the lakeside, well recorded and presented in a balanced composition...
The rippled reflection is a fine element, and the red railing gives fine colour contrast!
Greetings,
Pablo -
