Photographer’s Note

This photo is the end result of amny mornings watching for cloud development, the added benefit of a few days of winds to polish the ice to create the wonderful reflection factor. The temperature was around 5 degrees(F) which helps the crisp look. Taken with HP 715

Welcome to Trekearth....
I love the colors you captured in this shot. They really are brilliant! Nice and crisp shot.
Only 2 things I could suggest: maybe a slightly tighter cropping (maybe panoramic?), and a slight clockwise adjustment to correct the horizon. But these are minor things for an otherwise great shot!

I look forward to seeing more of your postings!

now that is one spectacular sunset. the range of color tones from cool to warm is awesome. the contrast is also nice with darker elements in the shot. most impressive for a first shot at TE! welcome aboard, and keep shooting and posting!

Nice shot, the colours are great, however I think this photo could have been better if you had something (anything) in the foreground to make it a bit more interesting.
