Photographer's Note
I know, waterfalls and sunsets... And Eastman Kodak has made a bundle because of peoples love for them. Better include me too. I love the waterfalls of Yellowstone park, and I love the grand canyon of the Yellowstone. The color is just unreal, not just of the yellow rock, but of the river and its turquoise hue.
This is your standard tourist shot, from the paved trail.
I could sit here for hours just taking in the view and the sounds. And I have, more than once!
Only tricky part of the photo was to get enough exposure to keep the level high in the yellow rock. Probably threw the brightest parts of the waterfall and river over the edge to overexposure and all detail is lost, although in this case, I'm not sure it is useful to keep.

I share you fascination with waterfalls. I can never get enough of them. During my stay on Iceland I forced my boyfriend to pull the car over and stop every fifth minute cause there was a new waterfall to look at.
This one is very beautiful. The colours of the mountains and the turqouise water is amazing.
Excellent composition, this beauty deserves a centered position. Very well done.

It's very saturated picture. I think it makes a nice effect on the waterfall but I am not sure about the yellow canyon.
I have posted a similar picture in the past
