Photographer's Note

Mammoth Hot Springs, Yellowstone national park, Wyoming, USA.
One of the views of Mammoth Hot Springs. One can see a wooden walking path that goes from one point of interest to another. That is the only way to get to the viewing points in different interesting places. Cannot step down in the waters or kitty-corner as they have quite high temperature that can burn skin very easy and quickly and also the environment is very fragile and sensitive to any *unauthorized* activity :-)
Red colors of the spring is formed by so called thermopiles, colonies of bacteria that live in high-temperature environment.
Enjoy,
Mike :-)
