Photographer’s Note

This is a hand held sunset taken from my step-daughters driveway after I had returned from Lucia Falls. I had began my day to photograph the sunset near St. Helens but had turned around after spending time at Lucia Falls and only had time to take this one image.

A simple view which I really like! The colors, contrast, sky texture and the partial inclusion of the silhouetted tree in the corner are just great to look at!

Very beautiful Steve. The colours and light in those clouds are magnificent and I like the texture of it. Inclusion of the branches is a good idea, I enjoy the minimalism of this pic. Good...!
