Driving down a frontage road next to Hwy. 14 I came across this scene just as the sun began to cross over the trunks of the trees. This image was the last taken after a 2 hour shoot, and from the location where I began to see the scene unfold 2 hours earlier.

Not only the colors and the contrast with the blue sky are splendid , but this is also a fine, even simple , compootion , especially for the effective diagonaland the two elgant trees on the right .
