Photographer’s Note
My Beautiful Mountain. Mt Rainier. I grew up here and whenever I go back, when the plane passes over her, I know I am home. A beautiful sunny June day, I cropped out some of the foliage in the foreground and sharpened the contrast. It rains a lot in Washington, but when the sun comes out, everyone is sure they are in the right place. Bring on the coffee. :o)

Beautiful picture, one of my favourites. Colors are so soft that creates very calm mude. Excellent foreground.
