Photographer’s Note
This is a shot of Lincoln Pond it's located at Lincoln Park on Spokane South hill. The park has 51 acres and only 4.5 acres are developed this is the upper part of the park undeveloped there's a trail that runs down to the lower part of the developed park. The park was established in 1913.
This was 3rd attempt trying to get a decent shot. The first was with my old Polaroid camera the shot was to dark, The second attempt I arrived at the park late there was to much reflection on the water and the sky was whited out.

Hi Jason,
Very nice how you captured this. It's serene and peaceful with only some ducks and the soft light. No sunshine, but pure tranquality...very nice.

Hi, Jason.
This looks so peaceful... the lack of sunlight works actually just fine for this shot enhancing it in terms of atmosphere. Nice and soothing, sharp presentation with a lovely touch provided by the pond itself being located on top of the hill. You look in the distance and can't help but feel a sense of void, which makes you wonder what's out there and downhill... Good one, I like it a lot! Have a great day, buddy. See ya soon,
Fulvio.

Hi Jason,
This morning shot by the pond is so beautiful. The view is pristine and details are very well taken care off. The ducks swimming is something that one cannot miss. So well framed and very good control of exposure.
TFS and best regards,

Hi Jason,
Very nice sense of stillness and peace .. gentle colors .. the trees almost feel like the are marching toward the water .... interesting it is not a solid forest front.
take care,
John
