Photographer’s Note
Hi Everyone, Been busy with work and little time off lately. Here's a view of part of downtown Spokane take from Cliff Drive. You can see the storm clouds moving through up North, The sun was just at the right angle to get a nice lighting effect. I should have a waited another hour to get a better shot. Hopefully in a couple of weeks I will be getting some photo's outside of Spokane. Have a great week.

Hi Jason,
No kidding, the view seem to go on forever! I take it as Spokane sits in a large flat valley. Nice panoramic view of this city. The low buildings give the impression of this being a small city. What is the building just right off centre, the one with the green tunnel? Thanks Jason :-)

Hi Jason,
Great looking wide shot of Spokane, You are right, we can see for miles and miles. It looks like a well laid out city, nice wide streets with lots of trees.
A very good quality image, if only I could deliver shots as sharp and crisp as this I'd be very happy.
Well done.

Peter

Hi, Jason.
I Can See for Miles... a song by Pete Townshend of The Who, appearing on the 1967 classic LP "The Who Sell Out". It was the only song from this album to be released as a single, on October 14, 1967. It's The Who's biggest hit single in the USA, ever! Excellent title for an excellent picture. It's a urban area, yet the feeling of vastness is overwhelming. We got nothing of the kind here in Europe, there's simply no room for it. We all live one on top of another, and they keep letting THEM coming in by the millions... SWELL! would be Dirty Harry's comment.
Have a great day, buddy. I'll be seein ya.
Fulvio.

Hi Jason,
Wonderful deep view of this grand city.
Love how the rooftops stretch all the way to the distant mountains and impressive sky.
I also notice a contrast variety 19th century and modern architecture in the streets of this fine western city.

Hey Jason;
Living just across the border in BC, I had always heard of Spokane on King 5 news etc. but I've never actually been there. It looks to be a quaint little city. I find it interesting to see the noticeable difference in architecture in such a relatively short distance from Canada.
My only sugegstion for this shot is to crop a little off the top to remove that part of the cloud.
All the best,
- Dan

Hi Jason!
The distribution of light is interesting. The shadow in the foreground makes a very good contrats with the rest of the picture. Nice saturated colours of that beautiful city and sharp details too. Thanks for sharing Jason!
Best regards
Denis!

Hello Jason!
Everytime I visit a place I love to go to a higher spot so I can have a general view of it! I always find it quite interesting and beautiful! Not always easy to find one place though!
Your picture is excellent, with outstanding sharpness, correct exposure, very good depth of field, naturally beautiful colors! The city seems to be very pleasant!
TFS - congratulations!
Best regards,
Neyvan
