Photographer’s Note
Looking up above Seattle's Pike Place Market, you can get a real sense of the crispness of this attractive city on a clear day. Seattle has a reputation for frequent rain and it is cloudy here a majority of the days in any given year. So when the sky is clear here, it is well worth bringing out a camera.
Taken handheld with a Nikon D40X DSLR:
o Exposure: 1/160th second.
o Exposure Bias: -0.33.
o Apeture: f/6.3.
o Sensitivity: ISO 100.
o Filter: Polarizer.
o Focal length: 40mm DX / 60mm 35mm equivalent.
o Lens: Nikkor 18-135mm AF-S F3.5-4.5 G ED DX zoom.

Nice shot of my hometown. Must admit, I don't ever think I saw the sky that blue. Nice touch with the polarizer.
I like the way you've composed the shot, with such a variety of architecture packed into one scene. A lot for the eye to feast on, especially for a former brick-product specialist as I was! Thanks.
