Photographer's Note
Mt. Rainier National Park, about 50 miles southeast of Seattle, attracts millions of visitors annually. In the summer it's a popular place to hike, and in winter it's a great place for hiking, snowshoeing and x-country skiing. Not surprisingly, it's a favorite among photographers. This photo was taken along the Rampart Ridge trail - the evergreens are incredibly tall!

Brrr....It looks very cold & beautiful at the same time! Interesting graphical touch provided by the tree trunks which contrast perfectly with the immaculate snow!
It is well exposed & framed!
