Back at Bellingham's Saturday market and we have these beautiful pumpkins. This time of year the market if full of beautiful organic produce. The atmosphere is festive because the farmers know their work will soon be over for the season and it's time to celebrate.

Hello Mary!
Getting ready for thanksgiving!? This is a nicve colourful picture of pumpkins and other veges. I like pumpkins, to eat ( I make soup and puree with them mainly ), but also because during the somewhat sad departure of summer, they bring light and colourfulness into our lives and onto our dining tables.

PS. Luckily, our weather has been constantly beautiful since the end of August, so it's definitely making up for the dreadful summer we had.
