[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This a look at the beginning of Lucia Falls from atop a large rock along the shores and below Lucia Falls. My earlier post showed the bank and middle ground boulder in the river, and this image includes the beginning of the falls.
Tomarrow I will show you the beautiful shapes and textures of a grouping of rocks along the shoreline that is partially shown here in this image on the middle left of the image.
Enjoy.........

Very nice and peaceful, Steven.
Lovely texture and colors, and a very well chosen POV.
Have a great sunday.
Ciao,
Fulvio.

Hello Steven.
I am stunned by the clarity and perfect sharpness of this one. Can't see any exif data re speed, but you've captured the water just right; I don't usually like slow shots with very velvety water. This one seems to have just the right amount of softness for me. The colours are rich, and the viewpoint is effective, looking over that large rock. There is a nice light gleaming on the water's surface.
Regards,
Andrew

Steven,
This is a great postcard image! The fall colors are great and the power of the water is evident. The long exposure gives the water a look of power yet with a silky appearance. Your composition is great using the rapids to lead the eye through the photo. The lighting and colors are great with outstanding sharpness and DOF.
TFS,
Asa

Steve,
this is gorgeous.
I love it all...great composition with that rock in the foreground and then straight in that superb water, that you caught just right for me, a bit milky but not too much, how clear and fresh it must be. Lovely balance of colors all over, with those lush greens and a bit of autumn colours showing.
