Photographer's Note
Just above the border with Arizona on our way to Monument Valley we detoured onto a barely marked unpaved dirt road for 17 miles of WOW! Valley of the Gods is a mini-Monument Valley ... fewer formations but really impressive nonetheless. The vastness of the land and the amazing sky took our breath away.
