Photographer’s Note
"I'm exchanging molecules every 30 days with the natural world and in a spirtual sense I know I am a part of it and take my photographs from that emotional feeling within me, rather than from an emotional distance as a spectator."
----- GALEN ROWELL
Capitol Reef National Park's dominant feature near the visitor center is The Castle. A craggy pyramid of sandstone looking out over the Fremont River Valley.
An ideal place to exchange molecules with nature and your soul.

Hello Ray,
Good presentation of these special rockformations in a vertical format of the picture.
Beautiful inclusion of the yellow autumn leaves on the foreground.
Best regards, Paul

Hi Ray
this is one of the US National Parks I like the most, perhaps my favourite one. I took some nice hikings there and the overall landscape is stunning. I like this pic and I like to see some autumnal colors among the red rocks. A good job!
Have a nice day
Rikk

Hello Ray,
You visited very interesting places this year. This rocky castle looks great against so blue sky in the background and with golden trees in the foreground. Excellent shot!
Best regards,
Sergiy
