"Spectacular" is uttered frequently as visitors' eyes raise to view the statuesque monoliths of Utah's most visited National Park. Zion Nation Park unveils its eight layers of sandstone, displaying what has taken two hundred million years to carve and mold. This extraordinary corner of Utah is a masterpiece of towering cliffs, deep red canyons, mesas, buttes and massive monoliths. Zion's fame is due to more than it's lofty peaks. It can boast of its 'geology', hiking, backpacking and some of the best scenic drives anywhere. In the center of this is Mt. Carmel Junction - Zion's Visitor Center, located on the east of the Park and only 60 miles from Bryce Canyon, 45 miles from Cedar Breaks, 9 miles from the Glendale entrance to the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, 11 miles from the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and 85 miles from the Grand Canyon."

Utah is possessed of some amazing areas of beauty, Ray, and you've captured one of its most spectacular here. The tree in center frame does a nice job of creating scale as its branches, in shadow, reach up toward the peak. Nice color and clarity as well. I've never managed to make it out to see any of Utah's sights in person, but hopefully someday soon...

Fine composition, especially where you have placed the trees, as they look almost as if they are reaching up into the air, striving to reach the top of these peaks! The tones of red earth have been brought out beautifully by the perfect light falling across them.
The tiny trees at the top of the peaks give an idea of how vast they are!
Thanks as always

It's truly spectacular. The POV looking up is very nice. Also the bare tree you included makes the picture more enjoyable.
Have a nice day.
