Good composition, Suneel, but for these modern day cables that spread across every part of the earth, it seems. Perhaps I would crop off almost 50% of the picture to the right of the lamp post to avoid over-exposed sky, the cable and the parital view of a building.

I like the colors and the use of the rule of thirds from top to bottom in your composition. In the left to right composition, I would move after I took this first shot and concentrate on the lamppost or the tree, but getting one of them out of the frame. I like the light in the globes of the lamppost. I also try to avoid powerlines as the previous critque mentioned. Maybe at least try to restrict them to the dark areas of the composition. But when the sun is setting, your have to move fast to keep your light. The light refelected off the clouds makes this shot.
