From Page, AZ, it only took two-hour driving to reach Monument Valley. The valley lies within the range of the Navajo Nation Reservation. The classic southwestern landscape of stark sandstone buttes and forbidding pinnacles of rock, poking from an endless expanse of drifting red sands, is an archetypal Wild West image.

Beautiful red rocks with contrasted lightings that add interest to the capture . The POV is well chosen , to place the thick clump of grass in the FG .

Une magnifique photo qui me rappelle les films de cowboys que j'allais voir dans les année '50, Il manque les indiens. Beau monument de la nature bien capté dans un bel éclairage qui donne un merveilleux contraste de couleurs.

Hello Tiffany,
this is a nice shot with lovely warm colors and good composition. I like how the plants in the foreground make your image lighter and more subtle and frame it neatly at the bottom. Good contrast and perspective.

You did John Ford proud, a fine panorama of the red sandstone temples, contrasted with the flowering yucca foreground, all in good resolution, natural coloring and low lighting.
