Photographer’s Note

I'm not sure where this was taken. There are so many beautiful geological formations in the Colorado Plateau area. This row of trees is growing at the bottom of a canyon , probably a river gorge, surrounded by arid wasteland. I liked the survival strength of the trees, as they find the cool, damp places to live. I also like the fall colours contrasting against the bland terrain.
