Day 6: Grand Staircase Escalante, UT, USA

I came to Utah on previous day and the scenery didn’t get much greener :) I drove my small Chevy Aveo to Grosvenor Arch (road was recommended for 4WD’s but I did just fine) that is located in Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. Light during the mid-day is not very flattering but I was able to shoot this wide angle photo underneath the arch and I like it quite a lot.

Dia 6: Grand Staircase Escalante, Utah, Estados Unidos

Vine a Utah en dia anterior y el paisaje no cambió mucho más verde:) Conduje mi pequeño Chevy Aveo al Grosvenor Arch(el camino era recomendado para 4WD's pero no tenía problemas) que está situado en el monumento nacional de Grand Staircase Escalante. La luz durante el mediodía no está buena pero podía tomar a esta foto por debajo del arco y me gusto de él mucho.

Grosvenor's never seems to be as impressive on film as it is in person. You did very well. I can see why you like this photo.

By the way, as long as the road is dry there aren't any problems. Don't try it, however, if it is wet. Gumbo comes to mind.
