This is one of the many spectacular overlooks in the Islands in the Sky District of Canyonlands. This view is looking south east and the sun is almost directly overhead...not a perfect situation for photography.
As many of you may have noticed, several of my last photos have been from Canyonlands, though they are all from different districts. Canyonlands was formed by the erosive action of two rivers, the Green and the Colorado. Canyon lands is divided into three parts by these rivers. Islands in the sky, the most visited part or Canyonlands, is the northern most part and sits between the two rivers. The needles district, the next most visited part, is the south eastern part and sits between the Colorado and the joined rivers (also named the Colorado). The maze district, the least visited part, sits at the south west and is between the Green and the joined Colorado.
I have rotated the image a little to level the horizon, adjusted levels and cropped.

This is a classic shot of a wonderful place. You've captured the gradeur of this area with your nice view. The colors of the ground are also nice. You might consider a close foreground element like a big rock or a bush or something. In PS, you can add a gradient to the sky and fake that it's blue, too.
