Bryce Canyon National Park (pron.: /ˈbraɪs/) is a national park located in southwestern Utah in the United States. The major feature of the park is Bryce Canyon, which despite its name, is not a canyon but a collection of giant natural amphitheaters along the eastern side of the Paunsaugunt Plateau. Bryce is distinctive due to geological structures called hoodoos, formed by frost weathering and stream erosion of the river and lake bed sedimentary rocks. The red, orange, and white colors of the rocks provide spectacular views for park visitors. Bryce sits at a much higher elevation than nearby Zion National Park. The rim at Bryce varies from 8,000 to 9,000 feet (2,400 to 2,700 m). (From Wikipedia)

Nice close-up view of a part of this canyon with the birds clinging to the rocks. Nor much stuff to eat for them there. The light gives good colors and sharpness.

A grandiose desert scenery, with the people on a trail gave a great scale to this.
Nature doe's sculptures big things...
Fine light-brown with orange tone.
Well spotted the corner in the park,

Hello, a postcard from one of my favorite parks. Here in your photo we can get a sense of scale from the hikers along the trail behind the hoodoos. That looks like the area near the Navajo Trail.
You captureed some nice side lighting that provides a bit of contrast upon the rock formations.

These are incredible natural sculptures in almost unreal surroundings. The tiny persons walking along the path are very useful for showing us the dimensions of this spectacular place.

Now this rock formation looks quite a bit like the Sphinx in Cairo at first glance. At second glance one can see that they are in reality two different formations and the small people give a good sense of scale of the whole place.
have a good sunday
